Actually, it was PetsMart. Whatever. We are leaving it, having spent $100 more than we were going to, loaded with goods and a new aquarium.
Me: We should be forbidden from visiting stores like this one.
Hubby: No, we shouldn't. We just need a good sponsor.

Date: 2006-03-24 10:20 pm (UTC)i asked the salespeople how come they don't accept credit cards there--they said that it's because people overspend like crazy, get into debt and can no longer shop there...and that it's unusual to have people drop 500$ on yarn...
now THAT"S wacko.

yup, yarn doesn't reproduce--but produces really nice sweaters, and hats, and scarves and all the other crap you can give people as gifts =)
