От запаха свежего хлеба кружится голова - а ему еще 20 минут допекаться. Кстати, я нашла что я сделала неправильно вчера. Неправильно отмерила муку. Посмотрим что получится сегодня - другой рецепт и, кажется, на этот раз все отмерено правильно.

The smell of baking bread makes me dizzy and still, I have to wait for 20 minutes more. Can't wait. Seems like this one will come out OK. I found out what was wrong with the one I baked yeaterday - I put too much flour by mistake.
UPD. It's freakin' EXCELLENT!
