По сайенс ченнелу очередную страшилку показывают - про то какая фигня случится когда Йеллоустонский супервулкан рванет. Причем крутят передачи на эту тему с завидной регулярностью не только по сайенс, но и по дискавери. Нас что, заранее типа к земле приучают? Ибо судя по тому что они показывают, в случае если таки ипанет, можно будет не рыпаться, а медленно и печально идти на кладбище.

Ну объясните мне, чего нервируют-то, а?

Science Channel is showing another one of this "What'll happen when Yellowstone erupts" shows. It's not the first one and, i'm sure, not the last one since both Science and Discovery show them with bothersome regularity. What do they wont, to get us used to the idea? 'Cus judging by what they're showing if it will erupt, we can just as well all go to cemeteries in nice sedate processions, singing hymns.

Can someone tell me, what's the point in this apocalyptic dancing on our nerves?

yeah, I never was able to figure out why people are watching them...
