Are you kidding me? Whole "green" industry is based on this faulty theory. The stuff had translated already in de-facto gov-nt regulation; all big corporations/governement institutions/etc have "green guidelines". And I'm supposed to be enthusiastic of "building green" for the People. You know, "repaying community" and all that crap...
