1. Подправить резкость можно, но не ждите чудес. Очень сильная подправка заметно скажется на качестве. Попробуйте поиграть с Filters - Sharpness - Unsharp Mask.

2. Я, к сожалению, не знаю что такое "теплые" и "холодные" шумы. Можно попроще, как блондинке? :)
