Start Menu/Settings/Control Panel/Network Connections/Local Area Connection. Click the "Properties" button.
Highlight "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)", click on "Properties" button. Note that "Obtain DNS server address automatically" is selected. When you enter given DNS addresses and it DOESN'T work, restore this setting.
Click "Advanced". Goto "DNS" tab. Click "Add"
Enter both DNS IP addresses. Phew! Close all dialogs with "Ok".
If this doesn't work, repeat steps 'til Properties of the TCP/IP and select "Obtain DNS server address automatically".
